Treeline Chalets
Website Brief
Duncan and Amy have spent many years Snowboarding around the world and they felt it was time they settled down in one location. They chose Morzine in France. They started a Chalet company aimed at professionals that combined high quality with value. They needed a website that showed their potential visitors the quality of their offerings. The brief was simple: Quality and Value.
Solution
The website was created to provide as much information as Duncan and Amy could write, a news section (with rss capabilities), a gallery that allowed them to upload as many images as they like, a prices page and a fully functional contact us page.
It was also necessary to create a customised design to reflect the professionalism of their offerings. The light blue colour was chosen due to the relationship blue has with viewer trust. The bright images where chosen to reflect the comfortability and standard of the Chalet and the dark grey text on the white background was chosen to be easy on the eye whilst still providing an effective background to foreground contrast.
Outcome
A website that is pleasing to the eye, easy to navigate, provides lots of great information and very satisfactory to Duncan and Amy.

Iris owns three holiday accommodations in Perthshire, all of which are 4/5 star. Her old website design was severely out of date and was also confusing to navigate. Iris needed three mini sites to be amalgamated into one larger website that also provided more information on the surrounding area. Finally, Iris wanted an effective photo gallery.
Solution
The website was created to provide lots of information on the apartment, houses and surrounding area. Scothols now sports a news section (with rss capabilities), a gallery that allowed Iris to upload as many images as she likes, a prices page for each property and a fully functional contact us page.
It was also necessary to create a customised design to manage the three properties. The purple colour was chosen due to the relationship blue has with professionalism. The quick links at the top of the website allows for easy navigation regardless of which page the visitor arrives at the website. The dark grey text on the white background was chosen to be easy on the eye whilst still providing an effective background to foreground contrast.
Outcome
A simple to navigate website that gets straight to the point and has lots of information. Iris was delighted!
